I say "yelling" (with quotes)& .hey guys. :).. Like a coach or a drill sergeant& ...I am somewhat holding back anger, because I was told (through a second hand source) That someone has said they stopped raiding with us because of lack of progression angry raid leader im currently raiding and our raid leader gets very angry when you talk out of turn. Can anyone come in and tell him off and ruin our raid?There are many styles of raid leading out there in the world.Last week I found out that I made one of our raiders cry during a Karazhan run, apparently, by "yelling" at her. About a month earlier it seems that I stressed one of our healers out by "yelling" at him.People might not like six-hour raids, but they also don`t like people on a power trip who go out of their way to belittle and anger other players.Hello fellow raid leaders, what calls have you made as a raid leader that cost your team the win? I like WoW`s flex raids a lot, but sometimes I do miss the epic encounters that are more easily possible with& . Damn, talk about being part of the problem
